WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company that focuses on IT, Data and MIS within the education sector. WeDoData are working with an exclusive further education client who have been one of the top performing colleges in Wales for the fourth year running. Based in South Wales and located across multiple sites, offering a wide range of vocational and academic courses ranging from GCSE to degree qualifications. They are looking to recruit a full time permanent ICT Support Engineer to provide 1st line support to students and staff. You will be dealing with a wide range of technical issues with some of the typical tasks including: * Monitoring the ICT helpdesk * Responding to tickets in a timely manner * Investigating and resolving hardware, software and networking issues * Working closing with other members of the team to work through more complex issues. The role would be 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) on site at one of the college campuses.
