From timekeeping, to software development, broadcast engineering and content creation, we are truly the 11th Formula 1 team. We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our Programme Management team who would be based at our Biggin Hill office. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for the management of the assigned project(s) in line with the F1 PMO Methodology * Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget * Develop project scope documents involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility * Establish and manage direct responsibilities with all stakeholders as a point of contact for project performance updates * Manage project resource demand and capacity across all projects * Manage project risks and issues with clear mitigation plans and following an escalation process where needed. * Establish and manage regular project review meetings covering cost, schedule, resources, RAID and RAG statuses About You: * Extensive experience as a Project Manager in delivering projects of various sizes and complexities * Prince 2 Practitioner * A proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner. * Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines. * Experience with Waterfall methodology * Proficient in MS Project * Good understanding of Power BI * Resource, Risk, Change, and Stakeholder Management * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Strong Organizational skills * You will need to have drive, determination, and a can-do attitude * Proactive approach * Willingness and desire to learn * Team player * Ability to stay calm under pressure Division: Technical
