Graduate / Intermediate CAD Technician – (Building Services Design) Exeter, Devon – Flexible Working £26,000 to £40,000 – DOE Benefits – 25 days holiday+ bank holidays, pension, medical cover, flexible working Graduate Engineer / MEP / Building Services Design / Revit Technician / CAD Technician This CAD role is to join a leading building services design consultancy you will join as a graduate to intermediate level CAD technician, and as part of a design team you will work on a variety of prestigious building services projects. You will be working alongside senior engineers in a friendly professional environment. Responsibilities * Undertaking duties as indicated by your team manager to help you obtain experience and training. * Production of manual and CAD drawings * Production of Revit 3D designs * Preparation of sites surveys * Commitment to ongoing learning and development of your skills. Experience Required * A degree in an engineering or design discipline * A minimum level of experience in AutoCAD and Revit from your degree * Desire to develop a career in building services design sector * Pervious experience in building services would be beneficial although not essential * Enthusiasm for ongoing learning
