We\’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team in Manchester, offering a competitive salary and a fully expensed van. Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Location: Manchester, England Salary: £38,000 Plus Fully Expensed Van Role Responsibilities: Provide general electrical, HVAC, and building services maintenance support across all buildings and plant equipment. Implement electrical maintenance and corrective works on-site. Test and inspect electrical installations in line with National Inspection Council (NICEIC) documentation. Complete test sheets, routine rounds inspection sheets, and work dockets, recording durations and observations of maintenance activities. Ensure plant and systems are properly maintained and operated. Carry out refurbishment works arising from breakdowns or maintenance inspections.
