GALENT are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper or Finance Administrator within the consultancy and business services industry based in Lancing, West Sussex. Your responsibilities will include the following: * Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying R&D tax relief opportunities across various sectors. * Lead technical discussions to understand client projects and assess eligibility for tax incentives. * Draft clear, accurate technical narratives and prepare supporting financial calculations. * Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service throughout the claims process. * Continuously develop knowledge in R&D tax legislation and financial reporting. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions to HMRC.
