Oversee all operational matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on-site. Act as the engineering operational lead for the Banking Institute. Liaise with Contract Managers and Clients to ensure maintenance work aligns with site policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Take ownership of key plant areas as allocated. Ensure all records and documentation are updated and maintained to required standards. Conduct quality checks on completed work. Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate complex site works. Manage team productivity and ensure training plans & PDPs are in place. Act as Technical Operations Manager in their absence, as directed by the Account Manager. Provide guidance on contractor RAMS for non-routine site works. Assess contractor competencies as required. Advise on technical competencies required for mechanical and electrical maintenance and coordinate necessary training. Develop and review site policies & procedures related to plant and equipment maintenance.
