Hours of Work : Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hours lunch

Salary : £25-26,000

My client who are based in Camberley are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got experience in Reception and have worked in an Administrative role. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be personable.

Daily Duties

Managing incoming phone calls, emails and post

Typing and dictation

Ensuring the Reception is clean and tidy

Opening and distributing post

Answering the door and dealing with queries

Skillset

Confident communication skills
