Delivery Consultant – Logistics & Supply Chain Recruitment 📍 Manchester City Centre | Permanent | Full‑time 💰 Up to £27,000 per annum reflective of experience + uncapped commission 🔧 What You\’ll Be Doing Own the end‑to‑end talent cycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding and after‑care Run high‑volume LinkedIn, job‑board and social campaigns to build candidate pipelines Conduct CV triage, phone/video screens and pre‑qual assessments against client SLAs Keep data clean in ATS / HRIS (workflow, compliance, MI reporting) Maintain tight candidate comms to secure engagement and minimise fallout 📌 What You\’ll Need Proven track record in fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment (logistics / light‑industrial a plus) Advanced user of ATS platforms and confident with Boolean / social search strings Strong written & verbal comms; able to juggle multiple requisitions under pressure Self‑starter who thrives on targets but collaborates well within a delivery pod Solution‑driven mindset-spot process gaps, propose fixes, keep the funnel moving ✅ Why Join?
