We are currently seeking a skilled Ductwork Construction Manager to join a well-established Ductwork Contractor delivering commercial HVAC schemes across Central London. With a turnover of approx. £30 million, the business is a trusted delivery partner for leading fit-out contractors, with a strong pipeline of long-term work secured. Role Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate ductwork installation activities across commercial projects in the City. * Ensure all works are carried out to design specifications, programme timelines, and quality standards. * Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. * Oversee site-based QA processes, paperwork, and compliance with health & safety regulations. * Support project management in tracking progress, resolving site issues, and maintaining clear documentation. Candidate Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC/ductwork installations. * Strong understanding of QA procedures, documentation, and project controls. * Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to drive site performance and quality. * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, and relevant mechanical/HVAC qualifications preferred.
