Impact Recruitment are recruiting for our FSTE100 client HOWDENS, the UK\’s number 1 trade kitchen supplier, who are currently ranked within #25 in the best employers to work for in the UK – according to best companies live. We are seeking Warehouse LLOP Pickers / FLT drivers to join the Impact / Howdens team based in Raunds, NN9 6RJ. SHIFTS & PAY RATES FIXED SHIFT Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm Paying £12.65/hour rising to £14.95/hour after 12 weeks. ROTATING SHIFT (rotating weekly) Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm Paying £14.01/hour rising to £16.67/hour after 12 weeks. NIGHTSHIFT Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am Paying £14.86/hour rising to £17.60/hour after 12 weeks. **Plus opportunity to earn up to an additional £3/hr personal performance bonus** Perks: Personal Performance Bonus All 40 hours paid – Including lunch break Regular Overtime available Free On-Site Gym Subsidised Restaurant Temp to Perm opportunities Free hot & cold drinks from the vending machines Weekly pay Free on-site Physiotherapist Full training given Potential to upskill Christmas closure.As the ideal candidate you will be expected to: Have previous experience within a warehouse environment Continuously work in a safe manner to adhere to health and safety rules.
