We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager for a live residential project in Stratford. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor who boasts a turnover of approx. £30 million and maintains multiple ongoing contracts with leading developers. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day electrical site operations on a live residential scheme. * Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and site teams. * Ensure works are completed to design, on programme, and to required quality. * Manage QA processes, documentation, and handover procedures. * Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Requirements * Proven experience managing electrical works on residential developments. * Strong understanding of QA and paperwork processes. * Ability to drive programme, maintain safety compliance, and deliver high-quality installations. * SMSTS or SSSTS, ECS/CSCS card, and 18th Edition desirable.
