My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £2m Cat B fit-out in Battersea. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, capable of leading and coordinating all trades, and driving programme delivery to ensure quality, safety, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth coordination of all trades and subcontractors Develop and maintain construction programmes, tracking progress against key milestones Act as the main point of contact with the client team, consultants, and subcontractors Oversee MEP installation coordination and integration within programme timelines Ensure quality standards are met and snag-free delivery is achieved Chair site meetings, producing minutes and action trackers as required Enforce strict compliance with H&S regulations and site procedures Report regularly on progress, risks, and commercial implications to senior management Requirements: Proven experience delivering Cat B fit-outs of similar value (£1-3m) within occupied or commercial buildings Strong programming skills (e.g. MS Project or Asta Powerproject) Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Valid CSCS Card (Manager Level), SMSTS, and First Aid certification MEP coordination experience essential Ability to drive a proactive, solution-focused approach on fast-track projects
