On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor on an initial 6-month contract. As the CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor you will work closely with the Contractor Compliance & CDM Manager ensuring that all Facilities Project work and Contractor Controls are delivered safely, ensuring best practice within our fast moving environment.

Role: CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor
Pay: £25 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Stevenage – 3 – 4 days per week in office
Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 6 Months contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS to start, SC required, UK eyes only due to project

Responsibilities

Excellent experience of construction environments
Ability to carry out focused Health & Safety Inspections and ensuring that actions raised are closed out
Ability to collate information and create reports on findings
Knowledge of auditing process
Able to problem solve and develop workable solutions
A strong communicator and able to influence others
Provide guidance to ensure the business remains compliant in its activities
Able to carry out investigations, create reporting and statistical analysis
Promote best practice across all FM works/projects
Be able to plan diary to proactively engage across all MBDA UK sites on a regular basis
Proactively manage own workloadEssential Requirements

Minimum of NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate
Desirable Diploma (L6 preferred)
CSCS Card
Desirable auditing qualification (45001/14001)
