Our client are seeking a Clinical Governance Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality patient care through strong governance, risk, and quality processes. You’ll support the delivery and improvement of the Clinical Governance Framework, working across policy coordination, incident reporting, audits, and compliance. It’s a varied role that puts you at the heart of clinical safety and continuous improvement. The salary for this role is between £28,000 and £30,000 dependent on experience. This role is mainly remote with occasional visits to the office in Windsor, Berkshire, (two or three times a month) The ideal candidate must live within one hour of Windsor. Main responsibilities for the Clinical Governance Coordinator are: * Keeping governance policies, SOPs and frameworks up to date and audit-ready * Supporting incident and complaint handling, investigations, and action plans * Coordinating governance meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking actions * Assisting with audits, reports, and continuous improvement work * Helping the team stay compliant with CQC and regulatory standards Skills required for the Clinical Governance Coordinator role are: * Experience in governance, risk, or healthcare admin * Sharp attention to detail, strong written skills * Comfortable handling sensitive data and managing multiple deadlines * Knowledge of regulatory healthcare frameworks (e.g. CQC, NICE) Ready to elevate clinical governance to the next level?
