Responsibilities
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships with empathy and efficiency
- Ensure rental properties meet habitability standards (HHSRS) and legal compliance
- Take charge of rent arrears, Section Notices, and legislative guidance
- Organise your own workload, stay on top of tasks, and maintain databases/excel data
- Foster strong connections with contractors and support business growth targets
- Encourage client feedback and testimonials to build our reputation
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service with positivity and integrity
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in residential lettings or property management (desired)
- Strong IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet targets
- Clean UK driving licence and professional presentation
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and honesty
