Job title – Fleet Administrator Location: Northampton, NN4 Salary up to £30,000 Permanent, Full-Time 07:30-16:30 SF recruitment are working in partnership with a growing business who are looking for someone to join their feet team as a Fleet Administrator, supporting daily operations and ensuring accurate vehicle record-keeping and compliance. Key Responsibilities: – Maintain the Company Tracker system for up-to-date vehicle information. – Oversee driver authorisation and licensing procedures. – Keep accurate vehicle records. – Prepare monthly fleet reports. – Support the Fleet Controller with insurance claims. – Process vehicle fines and driving offences. – Schedule services, tyre changes, and repairs. – Handle additional admin tasks as required.
