Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a passion for driving continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams Our client, a respected global manufacturer and distributor of non-automotive specialist engineered assemblies, is offering a genuine career opportunity at their state-of-the-art site in Herefordshire. Reporting directly to the European Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role, managing a small, dedicated quality team and embedding a strong quality culture across the site. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a high-precision, innovation-led environment.
