We are urgently seeking Sub-Contractor EV Installer Engineers due to growth for a National well established EV Installation Company in the UK. Coverage location postcodes for works needed: * North London: EN and N * East London: BR, ME, IG, CM and SE The role is as follows: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled electricians to join our team as an Electric Vehicle Charge Point Electrician. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicle (EV) charge points at various locations. * 1 x am Install * 1 x pm Install Key Responsibilities: * Install, repair, and maintain EV charge points in compliance with the relevant regulations and standards * Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with EV charge points and electrical systems * Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal location for EV charge points and ensure that electrical supply meets the necessary requirements * Provide advice to customers on the appropriate charging solutions for their needs * Ensure that all work is carried out safely and to a high standard, following all relevant health and safety procedures * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including materials used and time spent * Keep up-to-date with the latest EV charging technologies and industry developments Requirements: * Minimum 2 years experience installing EV Charge Points. * A City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. * A City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation with completed NVQ. * NICEIC Approved. * AM2 Certificate and Electric Vehicle Charging 2919 is preferred. * A City & Guilds 2394 / 2392 / 2391 or equivalent Testing and Inspection Qualification is preferred. * Experience in installing and maintaining electrical systems. * Knowledge of EV charging technology and associated standards and regulations. Benefits: * Hours of work – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with weekends available. * Sub-contractors – £52,000+ per year (must have own van and tools). * Direct Employed – Competitve Salary and Bonus package (Van, Fuel Card and Uniform provided)
