We are looking for a Credit Controller to work as part of our finance team to help us to follow the receipt of money from our customer accounts and ensure credit facilities are not exceeded.
The role involves providing support for the accounts receivable team. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Responding to customer queries relating to their accounts by phone and email
- Monitoring the content of accounts within your control
- Ensuring records complete, accurate and up-to-date to enable quick reference
- Following-up on invoices
- Identifying and reporting any areas of concern for prompt appropriate action to be taken
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar credit control position.
