Our client, an established heating maintenance and service company, is currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their administration team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with customers and engineers to arrange maintenance and service appointments. Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator Handling inbound and outbound customer queries in relation to heating issues and booking appointments for engineers for reactive works, Speaking to customers and engineers via telephony and email Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers, considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand.
