Location: Leeds North cluster (Sites: LS3 1DN and LS2 8AR)
Salary: £10,065 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 16 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 2 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. This role is primarily weekend work, with some flexibility required for weekdays on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students
What we`re looking for:
- A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
- You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
