What’s in it for you?

- Full end-to-end broking experience across SME clients
- Supportive team environment with structured training and career development
- Full backing to gain industry qualifications (Cert CII and beyond)
- Flexible working options once you’ve completed probation
- Competitive salary and a market-leading benefits package
What we’re looking for:
- A solid background in UK commercial insurance broking, ideally with SME clients
- Cert CII qualified or working towards

- Confident working with Acturis and MS Office
- Strong admin and client service skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of FCA compliance rules and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, organisational, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
