Join a dynamic and expanding business with an ambitious inorganic growth strategy. We’re seeking a commercially minded and proactive M&A Assistant Manager to play a key role in delivering our acquisition pipeline, with a strong focus on bolt-on deals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and external advisors on deals from initial assessment through to post-completion integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead aspects of the end-to-end M&A deal lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and target identification.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and timelines.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and analyse key financial data.
- Assist with integration planning and equity value adjustments.
