The predicted salary is between 21500 - 24000 £ per year.
Location: Various locations in West End and City Centre
Salary: £25,163 – £26,681 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm. Weekends on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students
