Senior Search Consultant – AEJ Consulting
Overview:
Our client provides assurance and advisory software services to healthcare organisations in the UK and internationally. They are seeking a Lead Quality Auditor to oversee a portfolio of healthcare clients, coordinating audits, delivering consultancy support, and facilitating training activities. This role involves managing client relationships, leading on-site visits, and ensuring services are delivered effectively, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead on-site audit activities with client organisations
- Coordinate audit logistics, project timelines, and team resources
- Deliver training and workshops related to audit processes and tools
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records
- Support the development and delivery of related consultancy services
Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in health or social care
- Experience conducting audits in healthcare or related sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
- Experience delivering training and/or managing client projects
- IRCA Lead Auditor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
