We are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for generating revenue by closing sales of new business opportunities for our MEP products, including Stabicad Electrical, and other AECO portfolio offerings like Tekla, Viewpoint, and SketchUp.
The role requires travel, prospecting for new business, account planning, research, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing deals. You will develop and close contracts for software subscriptions and consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products such as Stabicad Mechanical & Electrical, ProDesign, Total Estimating & Trimble Connect
- Market and sell our broader AECO portfolio
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors
- Manage key accounts and identify new opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical teams and attend client meetings and exhibitions
- Achieve sales KPIs and use Salesforce for CRM activities
- Provide sales forecasts and coordinate with internal teams
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in construction software, preferably MEP solutions
- Understanding of technology\’s role in construction
- Experience with complex tenders and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills
- Organized, motivated, and able to travel at least 20%
