We are currently recruiting experienced HGV C1 drivers for our client based in Bedford for store deliveries. Earning potential of 52k to 61k+ per annum based on a 50hr week and dependent on PAYE or UMBRELLA payment. Candidates will be required to work every weekend. (please do not proceed with the application process unless you are able to work weekends and have more than 1 year HGV C1 (articulated vehicle) experience).The Work includesPre journey vehicle checks.Complete vehicle check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving site.2-4 store deliveries per day with the use of a pump truck.Uplift and return cages and pallets from the previous delivery.Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk
Requirements
You must have a minimum 1 Year C1 driving experienceNo more than 9 penalty points, IN,DD,DR.TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses.UK Driving licence, UK Driver qualification card and valid UK CPC cardA good understanding of driver rules, regulations and WTD.Be physically fit and able to pull pallets and cages from the vehicle to the dock/floor.You must be, professional, courteous, reliable and punctual.Have your own PPE.

Saturday – Wednesday(5 days)
