Are you a persuasive communicator who loves turning conversations into success stories? We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our client's expanding team in Alton! You'll benefit from a competitive salary between 30-40k plus OTE, 28 days annual leave, a friendly and vibrant working environment with opportunities for growth, and more! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6 months – 1 year+ worth of sales experience looking to grow their skillset and succeed in a steadily expaning company! As the Business Development Executive, you'll enjoy the following: •A salary of up to 30-40k+ OTE •Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break) •28 days' holiday including bank holidays (to increase to 30 days after 2 years' service) •Free on-site parking •Lots of growth and progression opportunities within 1 year •A friendly and collaborative working environment in a steadily expanding company As the Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for: •Achieving and exceeding sales goals •Making outbound calls to SMEs, with the objective of securing face-to-face appointments or other opportunities for the external sales team •Researching contacts and companies •and more! Who we're looking for: We're looking for a driven, tenacious, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and resilient, with strong organisational skills. Prior sales experience of 6+ months is needed for the role.
