You are the first face and first conversation visitors to Arbury Courtin Warringtonwill experience. What you will be doing
In this exciting role at Arbury Court,each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working (15 hours)a week along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post.
Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign ins, conduct security checks and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.

As a Receptionist you will be:
- Welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring the sign the visitor book.
- Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area & meeting rooms are presentable.
- Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days and therapy sessions.
- Ensuring confidentially and security to the service.
- Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, emails and post.
- Ad hoc administration tasks.
- Ensuring all appropriate leaflets and brochures are on display.
- Manage deliveries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience

- GCSE English Language Grade C or above

Join the multidisciplinary team atArbury Court and provide care and treatment for adult women inmedium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.
Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court focuses on care being ‘person-centred’ as opposed to ‘disease-centred’.
The service is located just off the M62 junction 9 in Winwick, which benefits from good transport links, making it easy to commute to from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
