Carbon60 are looking for a Sales and Service Advisor to work for a client of theirs based in Carlisle. This position is a 12 week temp to perm and they are open to all levels of experience and are willing to provide full training. All we ask if that you have a good \’can do\’ attitude. Pay/Salary: £26,785/annum, £12.88/hour Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8:30 -17:00, Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week Main duties & responsibilities: Full training will be provided for all aspects of this role Assist the team on-site with contacting suppliers to update or revalidate expiring quotes/licences for customer-specific engineering components Always provide excellent customer service when responding to phone / email queries Update the internal sales ordering system (ERP) with administration tasks as required Assist the team with ad-hoc office duties with guidance from colleagues Essential skills / experience / qualifications: No work experience required – all training provided Essential that the candidate shows a good attitude, shows enthusiasm and willingness to grow and develop in the role, invest in the training provided and progress their skills and career Need to be comfortable with the idea of speaking to customers on the phone to ask for feedback and note the answer – stock/training phrases can be provided as well Basic computer literacy skills to update systems with feedback notes and monitor emails About our client: Our client is a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider, making remarkable a reality every single day.
