Our purpose-built residence offers a vibrant living and study experience for international students, with 260 rooms including a mix of studios, classic en-suites, and premium options. Located in the heart of Liverpool, it’s a hub of culture, community, and academic support.
What You\’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated on-site team to deliver an exceptional student experience. You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, health & safety, and compliance
- Driving occupancy and commercial performance
- Leading a culture of service excellence and community engagement
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and local partners
- Ensuring the residence is a place students are proud to call home
