Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely allocation/matching of trades, settlement, and reconciliation of exceptions
- Ensuring timely allocation and payment/settlement of collateral movements and reconciliation of exceptions
- Liaising with counterparties, Agent banks, Treasury, and Front office to resolve issues and settle trades
- Working with Front Office to resolve booking issues and amendments
- Working with Front Office to optimize collateral usage and resolve booking issues and amendments
- Performing marks to market
- Resolving external breaks on the daily contract comparison report
- Pre-matching trades for future settlement
- Investigating outstanding internal and external stock and cash breaks and resolving them promptly
- Collaborating with the New York team to address/hand-over issues
- Working with the Front Office to streamline operational flow for supported products
Systems Knowledge
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Broadridge systems (4SF, Shadow, Gloss) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Swift, Equilend, DTC, BNP NEO Link, UBS KeyLink is advantageous
