We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Executive to join my client\’s team. With a reputation as one of the UK\’s leading dealerships, we offer an exciting opportunity to sell both new and used high-end vehicles.
What You\’ll Do:
Manage your own diary, generate leads, and work towards achievable sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service with full product training provided.
Attend factory and dealer visits across the UK and Europe.
Represent the company at major industry exhibitions (occasional travel required).
What We\’re Looking For:
Sales experience is beneficial, but self-motivation and a proactive attitude are key.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Willingness to work weekends (3-4 per month) with days off during the week.
The Package:
Basic Salary: Starting at £26K (DOE)
OTE: Up to £45K+ (uncapped)
Benefits: Company pension, free on-site parking, and international travel opportunities.
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Sat, 10-5 Sun (5-day week with rota-based days off).
