Job Description:

THE ROLE

My client, an established and growing firm of PQS, seeks a PROJECT SURVEYOR with just chartered status to around 2 years PQE to join their new office in Cambridge.

Their workload includes new office buildings, refurbishment, upgrades, CAT B fit outs of large offices, projects for universities, life sciences, and residential.

You will be involved in all aspects of PQS work, including pre and post contract stages.

The company is growing and offers excellent prospects for promotion, especially in their new Cambridge office.

THE COMPANY

A reputable firm of PQS with top-tier clients, currently with two UK offices.

Clients include blue-chip developers, investors, and occupiers.

THE CANDIDATE

Chartered MRICS Quantity Surveyor with 0-3 years post qualification experience.

Strong pre and post contract experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent client-facing skills.

Stable employment history.

Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, and good IT skills.

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus, life assurance, health insurance, 30 days holiday (+ bank holidays), social events, interest-free season ticket loan.
