Are you searching for a career where you aren\’t stuck behind a desk all day? Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate! This is a highly physical position that is essential in ensuring that the beverages we distribute make it to the stores we service throughout the entire State of NH.
Do you enjoy working independently, but also like having the support of a team around you? This position could be a great fit for you! Our Warehouse Associate work in a fast-paced environment with a team of over 25 employees, selecting product and configuring it on a pallet to go out for delivery to the accounts we service.
Don\’t have warehouse or power industrial equipment experience? No problem! No previous warehouse or industrial equipment experience is necessary. Warehouse Associates will be properly trained and certified to use electric, ride-on pallet jacks. Additionally, employees are trained on building stable pallets with varying product sizes and are trained to use voice-pick technology.
Position Information:
Full-Time: Monday-Thursday nights, with the shift starting at 4 pm until all loads are finished
Compensation:
- Hourly compensation with pick incentive for high performers that ranges from $47,500.00 to $70,000.00 annually
- Overtime over 40 hours per week worked
- $500 retention bonus after 3 months of employment and $1,000 retention bonus after 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment

Position Information: Responsible for accurately, carefully and efficiently selecting and palletizing cases of product to be delivered
Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:
- Accurately select cases of product utilizing voice-pick technology and palletize them
- Ensure that products being selected follow the first in, first out method
- Handle products appropriately and carefully to minimize or eliminate injury or damage to products
- Safely operate a ride-on pallet jack on pick floor to efficiently complete duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately select the correct product to eliminate any miss-picks or NOT\’s (not on truck) and note any product not in stock, therefore intentionally not loaded on the truck
- Ensure that when building pallets, there aren\’t any single cases buried between other cases that cannot be seen without having to move cases.
- Ensure that any product that is selected and palletized is not damaged
- Reduce product waste by checking out of code dates and selecting the oldest product first
- Assist with keg selecting or the loading process, as needed
- Inspect power industrial equipment daily and report any damage or mechanical problems immediately to management
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- At the end of the shift, ensure that all product is leveled off; floors are swept; debris is placed in the proper receptacles, pallets are stacked according to brewery, clean equipment, charge equipment and turn in key
- Perform all duties safely and responsibly, stretch before beginning selecting duties, practice proper lifting techniques to avoid injuries
- Report any accidents, near misses or property damage immediately to management
- Ensure all duties are completed and check-in with management before leaving each shift
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous warehouse, forklift, pallet jack, or voice picking technology experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, 165 lbs. occasionally
- Able to reach, stand, sit, kneel, bend, push, pull, and climb repeatedly or for long periods of time
- Certified and able to operate power industrial equipment
- Able to follow directions as well as able to read
- Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment- subject to varying elements while working
- Must wear safety toe shoes at all times while working
