WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads UAC for Android apps (Payday Loans/Car Insurance, USA/Canada market).
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize (CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Test creative concepts (visuals, ad copy, etc.) and hypotheses.
- Conduct regular experiments and A/B tests.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to improve campaign results.
- Analyze the market and competitors.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads UAC traffic acquisition.
- Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns for Tier-1 markets.
- Experience working with mobile tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer).
- Familiarity with Android/iOS apps promotion specifics.
- English at an Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large sets of performance data.
- Experience in highly competitive niches (loans, insurance, dating, gambling, essay) for the Tier-1 markets. Payday Loans experience is a major advantage.
- Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for generating ad creatives – will be a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and automation scripts – will be a plus.
