Job Description:
This is a key role in the Business that will work closely with the UK, Ireland & Sweden FP&A Director, along with the broader business, to provide analytical insights that contribute to the success of the UK, Ireland & Sweden teams.
Reporting into the FP&A Director, this role will support the organization in delivering analytical information and making data more accessible to help achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards for Revenue, Expenses, Headcount, and other operational metrics.
- Provide analytical insights related to clients, including industry trends, size, product utilization, and payslip volumes.
- Extract, cleanse, and combine data from multiple sources.
- Drive upstream process improvements for more accurate reporting.
- Train team members on tools, reports, and dashboards.
- Visualize data in understandable formats using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Monitor data quality continuously.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their reporting needs.
- Assist in preparing monthly leadership dashboards covering financial and operational performance.
- Support the Finance team and broader business with analytical tasks.
Skills & Experience Required
- Self-starter with initiative.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of data sources, organization, and storage.
- Proficient in IT and mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Clear communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify improvement areas and drive efficiencies.
Education & Experience
- Degree with strong academic record.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI development experience.
- Experience with financial systems, preferably Oracle.
