Job Description:

This is a key role in the Business that will work closely with the UK, Ireland & Sweden FP&A Director, along with the broader business, to provide analytical insights that contribute to the success of the UK, Ireland & Sweden teams.

Reporting into the FP&A Director, this role will support the organization in delivering analytical information and making data more accessible to help achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards for Revenue, Expenses, Headcount, and other operational metrics.
  • Provide analytical insights related to clients, including industry trends, size, product utilization, and payslip volumes.
  • Extract, cleanse, and combine data from multiple sources.
  • Drive upstream process improvements for more accurate reporting.
  • Train team members on tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Visualize data in understandable formats using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Monitor data quality continuously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their reporting needs.
  • Assist in preparing monthly leadership dashboards covering financial and operational performance.
  • Support the Finance team and broader business with analytical tasks.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of data sources, organization, and storage.
  • Proficient in IT and mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Clear communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify improvement areas and drive efficiencies.

Education & Experience

  • Degree with strong academic record.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI development experience.
  • Experience with financial systems, preferably Oracle.
