Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant  Location: Ashford, Kent Contract Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri, term time only) Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £440  – £550 per week Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Vision for Education is looking for aspiring SEN Teaching Assistants to join our Trainee Teaching Assistant Programme for specialist SEN schools in Ashford. No prior experience is needed – just enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire to support children with additional needs. About the Role: As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils with a range of special needs (including autism, speech and language needs, ADHD, and learning difficulties). Help deliver tailored lessons and activities, supporting pupils both academically and emotionally. Be part of a supportive team within a specialist school environment.
