Binder Technician

Your new company Your new role as a Binder Technician will be working for a leading independent Broker operating in the Lloyd\’s of London, Bermuda, European and International Specialty markets. They have market-leading capabilities and experience in the Financial, Professional and Casualty Lines sectors. With a broad, independent platform, they can deliver the best services and resources for our clients and broker partners. They partner with clients to deliver risk transfer solutions, claims advocacy and risk management services. Due to expansion in the Technical team a position for a Binder Technician has arisen. Your new role Your new role working as a Binder Technician means you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Technical Processing service to the business. You will maintain up to date and accurate documentation, deal with incoming enquiries from Clients, Underwriter and third parties and resolve any queries in a timely manner. Further duties will also include filing relevant documentation electronically, ensuring processing errors are highlighted to the relevant colleague and assist with ad-hoc projects when required. What you\’ll need to succeed Your previous experience as a Binder Technician in the London Insurance Market will contribute to your success in securing this role. You must have Binder/DUA and Technical experience. You will also have strong computer skills (Word/Excel/Broking Systems/PPL), an ability to multitask and manage several clients & projects at one time, be organised and have time management skills and have an ability and willingness for continuous learning and training.
