About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the dynamic orchestrator across our marketing funnel connecting insights from customer conversations to high converting campaigns across every touchpoint.

This is a high impact role that combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution. You\’ll be the connective tissue between teams, channels, and campaigns, ensuring every piece of our marketing machine works in harmony to drive growth.
As a fast-scaling startup, our priorities evolve quickly. The scope below reflects the core areas you\’ll own, with flexibility to adapt as we grow. What remains constant? This role is fundamentally about consumer obsession; understanding our customers deeply, crafting messages that drive action, and finding the most effective ways to reach them.

You\’ll own touchpoints across our marketing funnel from the website content roadmap and creator programs to major brand moments and customer insight development.
This role requires someone who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

What You\’ll Do

Strategic Campaign Leadership

Orchestrate brand moments from fundraising communication campaigns to major product releases. Driving quality creative through the in-house creative team & managing an external PR agency to ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels.

Customer Intelligence & Insights

Own the development of our ICP. Conduct customer interviews to deepen understanding of our primary segments, developing and refreshing detailed ICP profiles that feed strategic decision-making across the business.

Full-Funnel Marketing Orchestration

Cross-pollinate learnings across our entire acquisition funnel; taking creative & consumer insights from Meta ads to landing pages to email to Google campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint works in harmony.
Product Release Marketing

Lead marketing for product releases, working closely with product and customer success teams to plan release campaigns and develop communications across our POEM (Paid, Owned, Earned Media) channels. Ensure every launch maximizes impact and user adoption through cross-channel coordination.

Brand & Growth Enablement

Maintain brand guardianship across our entire ecosystem while supporting expansion and enterprise initiatives, from trade show materials to enterprise onboarding assets, ensuring consistent quality and voice at every touchpoint.

Creator & Ambassador Community

Build and scale our creator and ambassador network, from digital creators on TikTok and YouTube, to celebrity ambassadors and press relationships. Manage closed consumer communities and seed authentic product content across all creator tiers.

What Does Our Ideal Hire Look Like?

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand or product marketing.
  • Track record in early stage or high growth startups, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Clear experience leading product launches, including GTM planning, Sales / Enterprise activations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A customer-first approach to messaging and strategy, with a high bar for quality and clarity.
  • Comfort working across teams. You’re a natural dot-connector and collaborator.
  • Experience owning strategy and execution, setting direction, then rolling up your sleeves to get it done.
  • Strong commercial instinct and an interest in measuring what matters.
  • Confidence using the latest marketing tools, including AI-assisted platforms for writing, research, and enablement.
  • Experience managing marketing calendars, aligning stakeholders, and prioritising against business goals.
