At Litslade Farm, our registered care home in the heart of Newton Longville, we support adults with learning disabilities to live independently and confidently. We’re looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly, inclusive, and supportive team. What You will Be Doing As a Care Assistant, you will be a key part of the daily life for the people we support, helping them thrive in a safe and respectful environment. Your role will include: Supporting with personal care and hygiene Assisting during mealtimes and social activities Accompanying people we support to appointments and promoting wellbeing Encouraging independence through everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, and cleaning Helping build confidence and life skills tailored to each individual’s goalsYou’ll follow personalised support plans and work closely with each individual to help them live life to the fullest.
