In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving data-driven change—identifying business challenges, analysing requirements, and delivering transformative improvements to our strategic systems, particularly within CRM. What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience within the Energy sector or other regulated industry;
- Experience of data and business process modelling;
- Ability to plan own data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques to meet the assigned objectives;
- Significant experience in CRM, billing and large scale transformation projects;
- Competency in BA tools and techniques.
