We are data-driven, we make decisions, creating insight using data.What we’re looking for:We are looking for superstar Sales Specialists with experience of POS Devices / Card Reader Sales to join our new Sales Team dedicated to providing best in class card acquiring and revenue based financing solutions to our small business customers. You’ll be helping customers with selecting the right point-of-sale (POS) device for their business and (ideally) also understanding their financing requirements to identify the best revenue based finance solution for them (finance based on their card based revenue).Through effective conversations – you’ll be taking the time to understand about the businesses you engage with (how they work, growth plans, challenges, their experience of finance so far) and understanding customers’ finance needs and effectively matching them to the best product and plan that meets their need…. giving every customer a 5 Star experience whether successful or not, through our sheer professionalism and mind-blowing standard of customer service.Some of the things you’ll be doing:Contact, engage and manage our Small Business customers through their application process, from device order to set-up and activationUnderstand their card acquiring needs, their current and future card revenues to find the best solution for their requirementsBecome confident in articulating the Tide and Funding Options propositions and services; focused on our card acquiring (point of sale) proposition and device reader optionsOutbound calling of prospect customersWorking closely with our Lead Generation and marketing teams, including providing feedback and advice where appropriateOccasionally deputising for the team leaderBuilding on your knowledge of business finance, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the wide variety of lenders and products in the marketConfidently articulating the revenue based finance options available to customers as well as the different point of sale (POS) options we offerMaintaining accurate, up-to-date information on any prospects that you speak with (in Salesforce)Monitoring and identify trends whilst adding new or enhanced customer profile information into SalesforceKeeping up to date on industry trends, market & competition.Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through relevant comms channels.What makes you a great fit:Ideally you will have experience of acquiring / POS / Card Reader salesYou will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally having spent some time in a similar sales roleYou’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou will be able to demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, determination and driveYou’ll be obsessive about delivering the highest level of customer serviceYou will be extremely well organised and analytical and work well under pressureYou can troubleshoot issues quickly and effectivelyYou will be able to engage and quickly establish strong working relationshipsYou’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instruction, and who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.What you’ll get in return:Make work, work for you!
