Field Service Engineer (Medical & Aesthetic Equipment) Location: Huntingdon but Field-based across the UK (travel required) Job Type: Full-time Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our client\’s growing team, supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical and aesthetic laser/light-based equipment at clinics across the UK. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities * Install and configure laser/light equipment at customer sites * Carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs * Respond promptly to on-site service requests across the UK * Build positive relationships with clients, offering tailored technical support * Accurately document all service visits and technical findings * Train users on correct operation and maintenance of equipment * Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and support product improvement * Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on-site Requirements * Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability under pressure * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Previous field service experience is advantageous * Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule * Valid UK driver’s licence (essential for travel to client locations) * Willingness to work flexible hours as required Benefits * Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience * Company pension * Opportunity to work with innovative technologies in a growing industry * Supportive team and ongoing development opportunities If you’re a technically skilled engineer with a customer-first mindset and an interest in the medical aesthetics field, we’d love to hear from you.
