We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our growing team! The primary role of the Training Specialist will be to successfully onboard and build rapport with new employees with a focus on the Collections team. This position will also provide remedial coaching, training, and mentorship to tenured team members and will work closely with our Compliance and Operations departments.
