Our centralised Legal Support team, The Cube, delivers exceptional \’on the floor\’ administrative services to lawyers and PAs across our London office. From managing documents and travel bookings to workflow coordination, we ensure smooth operations and top-tier support for the business. As a Team Leader, you\’ll play a key role in supervising this dynamic team on-site full-time whilst driving continuous improvement.

What You\’ll Do:
• Lead and allocate resources to meet daily business needs.
• Manage team attendance, plan cover, and collaborate with cross-site teams
• Oversee workflow management, prioritising tasks and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance reviews for the team.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote Legal Support services.
• Organise team meetings and ensure best practices are documented and followed.
• Maintain file management, desk policies, and compliance standards.

Who We\’re Looking For:
• A confident and experienced team leader with at least two years in a comparable role, ideally within a corporate or professional service environment.
• A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
• Someone with exceptional organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A professional with experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficient in IT systems, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
