Our client is a global leader in civil and infrastructure projects who is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager Utilities for their Euston project. Job Summary The Senior Commercial Manager Utilities South overseas and manages the cost management and contract management aspects of the project from initiation to close-out. Key responsibilities include but not limited to : Administer contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors Administer incentivisation arrangement as appropriate Oversea the assessment of compensation events Provide regular cash flow forecast of expenditure Essential Requirements: Relevant experience of Commercial management Experience of major (£100+) projects and joint venture arrangements Formal qualifications of RICS/CIOB or similar relevant experience Familiarity with various forms of contract Desirable: Team leader Strong focus on detail but ability to see the strategic picture Ability to present confidently to senior management Strong focus on training and mentoring your team For further information on this fantastic opportunity contact Lily Kaye at Advance TRS We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
