We\’re looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join our client, helping to maintain and repair a range of equipment used across various construction projects. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of plant equipment including excavators, dumpers, loaders, and telehandlers. Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs both in the workshop and on-site. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns. Ensure all machinery is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. Keep accurate maintenance records and complete job sheets.✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a plant fitter, construction mechanic, or similar role. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent qualification/training). Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines. Full UK driving licence (essential).
