We’re hiring an Events Specialist to support the execution of high-volume, in-person dinner events in New York, London, and Boston. You\’ll manage backend coordination, email comms, RSVP tracking, and ensure smooth workflows using tools like Splash and Airtable.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate event details across internal tools
- Coordinate email communications to hosts and sponsors
- Track RSVPs, cancellations, and final attendee confirmations
- Keep status updates current and flag issues proactively
- Support documentation and playbook creation for future hires
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have working knowledge of Airtable
- Experience with Splash or similar event platforms preferred
- Comfortable managing logistics, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
