Due to their continued success, our client is looking to recruit a creative Marketing professional to strengthen their ambitious marketing department in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering successful marketing campaigns to promote the business’ products and brands and raise their profile. To be considered for this excellent opportunity applicants must display proven marketing experience with exposure to copywriting, communications, and campaign management, along with a genuine creativity and flare for design and creation. Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in marketing and communications, gained from a professional B2B or financial services environment * Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery * Highly creative, with a passion for creating engaging and exciting content * Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail * Strong project management and organisational skills. * Familiarity with role related design tools and software Reporting the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role within the marketing department, taking on a variety of responsibilities including: * Writing engaging copy for a variety of channels (emails, landing pages, brochures, blog posts, social captions, etc.) * Supporting the creation of sales enablement materials and broker marketing toolkits * Working with the PR Consultant on press releases, company updates, and internal newsletters * Supporting client communications, ensuring clarity and consistency * Assisting in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns * Coordinating campaign deliverables across channels including email, web and print * Liaising with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time * Tracking key performance metrics and support post-campaign analysis * Recommend improvements and help optimise future campaigns
